What you put into your body is critical to the results you get out of it. Your diet supercharges the effects of your training plan. I will set your daily calorie goals to meet the goals we've outlined.
Within these calories there will be a set amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins (these are your "macros").
Macro Tracking: I set your macros and give you the tools to track the things you eat during the day to stay within those ranges. This allows you to eat out with friends, have a drink, etc., as long as you account for it and eat the rest of your calories accordingly. This is the best way to learn how to eat on a long term basis.
Meal Plans: This is the best option for those who don't mind sticking to a set diet for a while. Meals and snacks are spelled out for you throught the week. This is more of a short term plan to reach a goal by a certain date.
