With a Personal Training package you pick a time slot that works best and we go through your workout together. This is a great way to learn how to use equipment, pace your workouts, and how to work with your body's unique needs.
Have trouble staying motivated? Not when we're together you won't! (Besides, I like people, and you're a person, so odds are we're going to have a great time.)
With Online Coaching you'll recieve an individualized workout plan that will carry you through phases of training based around your goals. It will also depend on your access to various facilities and your existing fitness knowledge. With weekly check-ins online, you'll also be sending me update photos of your progress and screen shots of your food log. You have the option of adding on a meal plan as well.
